วิธีแก้

1.กดปุ่ม Windows+R (ปุ่มบนคีย์บร์อดที่กดแทนstart+ปุ่มRพร้อมกัน) จะขึ้นหน้าต่่างRUNขึ้นมา

2.พิมพ์ secpol.msc ลงไปแล้วกด OK

3.เข้าไปที่ Local Polices -> SecurityOption->มองท้านซ้ายของหน้าต่าง->User Accout Contron :Admin Approval Mode for the Built-in  Administrator account

->เปลี่ยนจากDisableเป็นEnabled

จากข้อ3

4.รีสต๊าสเครื่อง เสร็จจ่ะ
